Years ago, after my very first startup failed, I went back to a 9-5 and It was gut-wrenching.

I blamed lack of investment, I blamed the market, I blamed the competition, but the real story was far simpler.

I hadn’t invested in myself as a Founder. I hadn't understood that I needed to train my mind to work with me not against me. I focussed all my attention on external stuff and ignored the growth lever that was me.

Once I figured this out, I was obsessed with learning everything I could about mental fitness and in 2022 I quit my 9-5 for the last time very last time to build my third startup.

I trained as a High Performance Coach at Brown, and was awarded Accredited Coach status by the World's largest coaching organisation (the ICF).

Now, every day, I teach new & experienced entrepreneurs how to thrive, not just survive, while they build their businesses.
