Dave Rogers is a research, data and analytics leader with 20+ years of experience helping organizations turn evidence into better decisions.

His background spans academic research, experimentation, analytics, consulting, AI evaluation and program leadership. He spent 10+ years managing research labs, publishing research and teaching experimental design and statistical methods, and is an NIH-certified researcher.

He went on to lead data and analytics teams and programs, consulting for organizations including Microsoft, PayPal, Intuit, ServiceNow, Ancestry, Clorox and SC Johnson, as well as startups and growing technology companies.

Today, he advises and leads teams navigating complex data, technology and AI programs—turning evidence into strategy, action and measurable business impact.
