Wei Chen is Chief Legal Officer and EVP of Regulatory Strategy at Infoblox, leading its global legal, regulatory, and public policy strategy to shape cybersecurity frameworks worldwide. She is the founder of The Atticus Project, a nonprofit advancing AI and legal research, where she led the creation of expert-annotated datasets and co-authored papers for top conferences like NeurIPS and ACL.

Wei created and instructs two executive courses: "AI Strategy for Legal Leaders" at Stanford Law School and "GenAI for the Legal Profession" at Berkeley Law.

Previously, Wei was SVP and Associate General Counsel of Strategic Transactions at Salesforce, and Assistant General Counsel at Sun Microsystems, following her private practice roles at Skadden and Cooley.
