What you'll learn

Your leadership operating system in the age of AI

Learn how to turn your leadership POV into an operating system you can put to work immediately.

A working artifact you can deploy

Walk out with one working piece of your AI leadership operating system, built live, ready to deploy at work.

A framework for deciding where AI fits

Work through the same framework that other leaders are already using to decide how AI fits in with how they lead.

Why this topic matters

One of the biggest challenges for leaders today is developing a coherent POV on AI and how it impacts their leadership and management in their domains. It's easy to end up with scattered opinions from articles and conversations. This working session gives you a working piece of that operating system, built live, so you leave with something concrete you can use with your team immediately. It's one piece you build the rest of your POV around.

You'll learn from

Chidi Afulezi

Product coach helping leaders build stronger products, teams, and AI fluency.

Chidi Afulezi has spent two decades figuring out what it actually takes to build something that works. That became a body of work. He founded redKola Digital Labs, working with senior leaders across private and public sectors on strategy, operating models, and the conditions that make value creation possible. He has coached and instructed product leaders at General Assembly and UC Berkeley Haas Executive Education. Before that, he built inside Sony Music, Time Warner, and Turner Broadcasting, shipping work for CNN, NBA Digital, and Cartoon Network. He created the Doing Product in Africa framework, and is a Professor of Practice at ALU School of Business. That question is still the through line: what does it take to build something that works?
